• This pricing guideline gives you an idea of what we typically charge for two photographers • Custom pricing and packages are available based on your needs • All packages include a Digital Photo Album and Internet Photo Gallery • Printed Wedding Photo Albums are available for an additional fee based on the size desired • Prices are subject to change without notice & don't include applicable sales tax or travel fees • Fun Photo Guys reserves the right to adjust the final price to match the actual size of the event • Please add one hour if you need us to setup portable studio equipment and backdrops • 10% discount for employees of: PriMed Management Hill Physicians Medical Group • 10% discount on business services for members of the following affiliated organizations: Green America / Co-Op America Green Chamber of Commerce Pleasant Hill Chamber of Commerce San Ramon Chamber of Commerce Tri-Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau Sustainable Business Alliance • California State Sales Tax will apply to any order where a digital image is transferred to a customer on physical media, such as a CD, DVD or physical photo album. If digital images are transferred electronically and do not include any physical product, sales tax does not apply. |
For weddings and social events, a non-refundable retainer totaling 50% of the agreed upon amount is due when you reserve the date of your wedding/event with Fun Photo Guys®.
The balance of the amount is due the day before the wedding/event. For business/corporate Events, we will work with your purchasing/billing processes.
Any overtime fees approved verbally during the wedding/event are due upon the completion of the wedding/event.
Upon receipt of the deposit and a signed agreement, Fun Photo Guys® will reserve the specified date and time for the wedding/event.
For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable even if the date has changed or the wedding/event is cancelled for any reason.
We accept payments by cash, check, PayPal or any major credit card.
